What we do
Software and information technology has great potential to help our societies to address many of the difficult challenges we face in health care today. However, new risks and challenges arise with designing, implementing, and evolving these systems: They must be highly dependable, safe, and secure. They must also be highly configurable and easy to use, to that they do not get in the way of efficient care delivery. At SIMBIOSES Lab, we are researching how the application of disciplined engineering methods can aid the development and evolution of high quality biomedical software and information systems.
